Wisconsin residents must pay sales tax on the total purchase including shipping charges.

SHIPPING

For large orders, shipping will be added and we will email you with the shipping costs. We will add the shipping costs and process your order in 24 hours unless we hear otherwise from you. Some items are too large to ship with other items. We will add on the extra shipping to cover those items only if necessary. Please note Colossus orders are shipped by LTL truck and shipped free in the USA. Colossus lamps cannot be shipped international.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

We inspect every lamp before we ship and guarantee they will be clear when they leave our premises. However, they may arrive cloudy. This is caused by shipping (temperature and vibrations). They will clear up with use. We have no control over shipping conditions. A cloudy lamp is not defective. We will not accept returns on Lava lamps for cloudiness. Each Lava Lamp is unique and has a one of a kind hand-blown globe. Each globe has it's own characteristics ranging from small bubbles to swirls in the glass. This is typical for hand blown glass and will not alter performance of the lamp.

International shipments

We will ship internationally only at buyer's risk. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. We will ship USPS Global Express. We will not ship surface. All payments must be made in US dollars. RETURNS

We thoroughly inspect and test every item before we ship for defects and we make sure every item works before we ship. We guarantee that the item is shipped in perfect working new condition. We package very well using bubble wrap and peanuts to insure a safe delivery. Therefore, all sales are final.

Any returns must be authorized and must be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Any unauthorized returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Package refusals and undeliverable packages are subject to a restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. Please note we may require signatures for deliveries.

Please notify us immediately of any shipping damages. We will file a claim on your behalf. Shipping charges are not refundable. NO replacements will be sent.

Because we cannot control item usage, we cannot be held responsible for burnt out bulbs or dead batteries. Buyer is responsible for bulb or/and battery replacement. We will send replacement bulbs or batteries, if possible, but we do not stock replacement bulbs or batteries for everything we sell. Unless otherwise stated, most lamps are not meant to be used as night lights. Leaving a novelty lamp on for extended times can cause damage to the lamps. It is also dangerous to leave any lamp on when unattended.

All new Lava Lamps come with a 90 day limited warranty. Lumisource lamps also come with a limited warranty. We do not carry warranties on the items. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty.

Colossus Warranty policy is as follows: Buyer must forward to Lava World (or to us and we can forward to Lava World) a digital picture of the running lamp, if applicable or of damaged parts and explanation of issues. No lamp will ever be received back unless Lava World has issued an RMA. No credit or refund will be issued without an RMA and prior management approval. Credit or Refunds will come directly from Lava World. Colossus lamps are shipped by LTL trucks. LTL drivers will not wait for the receiver to open and inspect contents unless outer cartons are visible damaged. Please take pictures whenever possible of outer carton damages. Once an order has been received, it cannot be canceled or returned.
